XR Beamish Tire Sealant is a fluid substance blended from polymers, binders agents and microfibers that flash sets and harden once it is pushed by the pressure of the escaping air to create a plug that seals the puncture hole in the tire tread area. It is formulated from a non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly materials.
It is suitable for driving on black roads and off-road, for tube and tubeless tires as well. It can be applied easily to the tires of bicycle, motorcycle, sedan, SUV, 4WDs, Vans, Light Truck, Bus, lorry and Trailer.
This product is an inert and non-corrosive substance, it doesn’t cause any corrosion or damage neither to the wheel nor the tire. It can be washed out from the tire and the wheel easily by water only.
· Lift the car by jack, rotate the tire so the air valve in the downward position.
· Deflate the tire and remove the valve core
· Shake the bottle precisely, connect the bottle to the tire air valve by using the supplied feeder tube.
· Hold the bottle in upside-down position and squeeze the recommended amount (see the table below), if the air valve gets plugged use compressed air to clean out the plug.
· Remove the feeder tube, clean the air valve by compressed air and install back the valve core.
· Inflate the tire to the desired pressure
· Spin the tire several time to distribute the material evenly.
Check the puncture area by applying little drops of water-soap, if air leak is still observed, then rotate the tire so the puncture area is downward and leave it in this position for few minutes. Spin the tire and check again the puncture for any leak, repeat this procedure until no air leak is observed then inflate the tire to the desired pressure.
